Within our practice and during our bootcamps, intensives, and retreats our main focus is to become more aware of our whole Self by observing our unconscious behavior through MoveMeant exercises.
To know yourself is to become more confident. More confident of who we are, what we do, and why we do it. We feel comfortable with being vulnerable and open to others and can allow ourselves to unite with other people as well so that we can become whole as a group, as a collective.
